Many staff members were friendly, particularly during breakfast and at the bar, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. However, the lighting in the queen room was poor, making relaxation in the evenings difficult, and the availability of prompt service varied throughout the stay.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. it felt like the floors hadn't seen a vacuum in days and the furniture had stains that really shouldn't have been there. Also, the bathroom faced frequent plumbing issues, leading to frustrating moments when water pressure just would not cooperate. Additionally, breakfast management seemed disorganized, resulting in lengthy waits for both food and seating. Finding a cup of coffee in the evening? Good luck, as they only serve it in the morning. Overall, the hotel has so much potential but is struggling to pull it off seamlessly.
